Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds
All payments are processed when an order is placed. Document Services LLC uses a PCI-compliant payment processor. We do not store or have direct access to your credit card or banking information. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars (USD) only. A detailed payment receipt will be automatically emailed to the address you provide during checkout.
Order Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at [email protected] so that we can verify your order.
Order Processing and Turnaround
Orders are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days once all required design details and payment have been received. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been completed and mailed. Incomplete submissions (for example, missing names, text, or layout information) may delay production. Processing does not begin until all required materials have been received.
Cancellation Policy
Because every order produced by Document Services LLC is custom printed to your specifications, orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed. If you placed an order in error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. While cancellations cannot be guaranteed, we will review requests submitted before production begins to determine if a courtesy adjustment is possible.

Each Document Services LLC order represents a custom printing service that involves design preparation, materials, and production costs. For this reason:
Chargebacks and Disputes
Document Services LLC maintains complete documentation of every order, including all online submissions and correspondence, to ensure transparency and compliance with payment processor guidelines. Filing a credit card chargeback for a fulfilled order will result in the suspension of all future order privileges until the dispute is resolved. All communication regarding disputes must remain in writing to preserve an accurate record of the transaction.
Reprint and Correction Requests
If you need to correct or replace an item after completion, please email [email protected] with your order number and the details of your request. A reprint fee may apply to cover materials, printing, and administrative time.

- All sales are final once payment has been made.
- If an error occurs in the printing process, a corrected replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
- If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, a replacement will be mailed at no cost once verified through USPS tracking. Refunds are not issued for lost or damaged shipments.
- Errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer submitted information (such as misspellings, wrong dates, or design choices) are not eligible for refund, but may be corrected through a reprint request for a modest fee.
