We create realistic looking custom diplomas and transcripts, sometimes referred to as novelty or commemorative documents. They are intended for display, replacement keepsakes, props, and personal presentation only. Our products are not official credentials, are not issued by any academic institution or government agency, and do not grant academic or legal status.
Can I personalize the text?

Yes. Each document is produced to order and can be customized with name, school, location, graduation date, degree or major (when applicable), and signature line titles. Optional enhancements may vary by product.
Why are your prices lower than other companies?

Many document companies dramatically mark up pricing to appear exclusive. After more than 20 years in professional document printing, we price based on real production cost - the same way academic institutions do. Quality should not require excessive retail markup.
What forms of payment do you accept?

Can you duplicate my real diploma or transcript if I send a copy?

No. We do not recreate or replicate official institution-issued documents. All diplomas and transcripts are created in our own design formats, using the information you provide.
Do you ship internationally?

Will the package reveal what's inside?

No. All documents are shipped discreetly via USPS or UPS. Diplomas include a complimentary padded presentation folder, and the mailing label shows only the sender name, "Document Services LLC."
