Thank you for choosing Document Services. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Processing Time
All orders are custom printed and typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after full payment and complete order details are received. Orders submitted on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Delivery Time
Standard Ground delivery within the continental United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. All delivery time frames are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been mailed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become active.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Document Services is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Returned or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to accept delivery, the order will not be refunded. Reshipment is available once the original order is returned to our facility. An additional shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and contents. Replacement requests will be reviewed and handled at our discretion. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will verify it through USPS tracking and issue a replacement order at no additional cost once confirmed.
U.S. Shipping Only
We ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available.
