Thank you for choosing Document Services LLC for your custom printing needs. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are shipped once production is complete.
Processing Time
All orders are custom printed and are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after full payment and complete design information are received. Orders received on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been completed and mailed.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS).
Delivery Time
Standard USPS delivery typically takes 6–12 business days within the continental United States, depending on destination and carrier performance. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, postal volume, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation that includes a USPS or UPS tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address during checkout or quote confirmation. Document Services LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or replacement costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of delivery with photos of the packaging and printed materials and we will replace your order at no charge once damage has been verified. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will verify it through USPS tracking and issue a replacement order at no additional cost once confirmed.
International Shipping
At this time, Document Services LLC ships to U.S. addresses only. We do not offer international shipping or delivery outside the United States.
