Custom Printing Services
All products sold by Document Services LLC are custom printed according to the details provided by the customer. Because each order is personalized, production begins as soon as payment and design information are received. Please double check all names, text, and design details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete customer input.
Payment and Billing
All payments are processed securely through USAePay or Stripe, which are PCI-compliant payment processors. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. Orders must be paid in full before production begins. Payments are accepted in U.S. dollars (USD) only. For billing, cancellation, and refund details, please review our Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are typically processed and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days after complete order information and payment are received. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer.
